Loose Change to Loosen Chains
According to “Real Simple” Magazine, there is $10.5 billion in loose change lying around in American households. Zach Hunter, a 7th grader at Christian Fellowship School in Virginia, got the idea to collect loose change from his classmates and donate the money to IJM. His initial efforts raised over $8,000 for IJM. This idea was so great that IJM packaged all the necessary resources to help schools and churches carry out Loose Change campaigns.
